When will my product get delivered? 
When products are in stock, we typically ship within one business day of receiving an order, and products typically arrive two to three business days after that.
My products froze during shipping. Will they be ok?
Yes! To keep with our commitment to natural ingredients, we use only high quality natural oils in our collections. Because we don't use chemicals or alcohol in our products, they will sometimes freeze in transit (weather depending). Let them thaw then gently tip them up and down for thirty seconds, and they will be as good as new. Freezing just naturally extended your product's life!
How much oil comes in each unit?
Each unit comes in a 10ml bottle, perfect for on-the-go, and enough to last you until your next mood strikes.
What ingredients do you use in MOOD HONEY?
Each product listing includes a description of the essential oils included in the product. All of our ingredients are natural, with no synthetic fragrance oils. 
Where are your products made?
Our products are hand-blended in small batches in our Toronto studio. 
Is your shipping and packaging environmentally friendly?
MOOD HONEY is packaged in a recyclable glass bottle, with paper packaging. Unfortunately to safely ship our glass products, Canada Post does require our paper packaging to be included in a bubble mailer. If you want to avoid this, you can email us to arrange for pick up.
