A 3-hour workshop led by Allison Rietta and me, where you will learn about the healing powers of essential oils, by removing distractions and ‘tuning in’ to your body’s reaction to smells. We will discuss the seven fragrance types and the ways to use oils / fragrances in your daily life. The workshop includes: Exploring your chakra-s and bringing awareness using essential oils; A deep, guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice lying in savansana, while oils will be massaged lightly into the neck and shoulder area, followed by a short Sound Bath. Each guest will receive a personalized Mood Honey essential oil, along with a discount card to use online.
In this workshop we will:
Understand the healing power of your sense of smell
Unlock your ability to use natural fragrance, like essential oils, to elevate your mood
Explore the connection between body systems—like Chakra-s—and aromatic oils to anchor your healing awareness
Introduce and explore 7 key essential oils
Learn to create a balanced perfume “accord” at home
Make 3 all-natural take-home products: A relaxing bath tea, an energizing shower spray and a sensual massage oil
